Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This policy explains how Niara360Health (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use niara360health.com, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Who we are (data controller)
Niara360Health is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy matters at niara360health@gmail.com.
What data we collect and why
- Contact enquiries. Our contact form does not send data to our servers — it opens your own email application with your message pre-filled. When you send it, we receive your name, email address and message in our inbox so we can reply.
- Booking a call. If you choose to load and use the Calendly booking calendar, Calendly collects the details you provide (such as name, email and chosen time) to schedule the call. Calendly acts as a separate service provider — see “Third-party services”.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Please do not include sensitive health information (such as diagnoses or medication) in the contact form or newsletter sign-up. Any health details relevant to coaching are discussed and recorded separately once you become a client, under a separate agreement.
Lawful bases
- Consent — for loading optional third-party features (Calendly, newsletter) and for sending you marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries you send us and for keeping the website secure and functioning.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, then delete them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking data is retained by Calendly under its own retention policy.
Third-party services
We keep third parties to a minimum and load them only with your consent:
- Calendly — scheduling. Loaded only after you consent and click to load it.
- Email newsletter requests — handled by email toNiara360Health; no separate newsletter platform is loaded by this website.
- Hosting — the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data to serve pages.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Please confirm the safeguards for each provider you use.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage so we can remember it. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to erase your data;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability; and
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these, email niara360health@gmail.com. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Complaints
If you have concerns, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
